Permanent Recruitment - How it Works:
Application: Begin by registering with us on our website through our user-friendly portal. You’re also welcome to email us at hello@connectusrecruitment.co.uk or give us a call should you prefer.
Consultation: We’ll arrange a time to talk. This is your chance to share more about your career goals and discuss the types of roles and employer you’d be interested in.
Connecting: Using our expertise, we’ll identify opportunities and employers that could match what you’re looking for. We’ll only present you with options that align with what you’ve told us, and we’ll never send your CV anywhere without your consent.
Interview Preparation: Once we’ve found a potential match, we’ll assist you in preparing for the interview. This includes providing insight into company culture, interviewers and potential questions whilst giving you any last minute reassurance that you’ve got this!
Negotiation: When an employer presents an offer, we’ll be there to guide you through the specifics and ensure it’s exactly what you’re looking for.
Aftercare: Even after your first day, we’ll remain available as a support system should you need us to make sure you’re happy, during your first week and beyond.
Temporary Recruitment - How it Works:

Consultation: We’ll arrange a time to talk. We'll discuss what works for you and your availability, discussing typical temporary work shifts that arise and ensure you're set-up to be notified of any temporary work that we have come on. We'll also conduct Right to Work checks and get you set-up as part of our temporary team.
The Work: Once we've got temporary work that suits, we'll call to confirm. We'll talk through the details, and send everything over to you that you'll need ahead of your first day on shift. We remain fully contactable during the hours you're working, so we're on hand to help should you need us.
