We’re working with this team to recruit a Property Manager in Dorset, although you’ll have the option to work from home too. They trust their colleagues and recognise you don’t have to sit at a desk in an office to be a great worker.
This position will suit an Assistant Property Manager / Assistant Block Manager looking to take the next step.
You’ll manage your own assigned leasehold portfolio. The previous Property Manager is the Client’s current Senior Property Manager who is remaining in the business but taking on the management of some of their newer sites. This means you’ll be able to have an incredibly thorough handover and be very much supported in your role.
Your role as their new Property Manager / Block Manager will include coordinating major works projects, overseeing the section 20 process, carrying out site inspections, setting and managing service charge budgets, chairing AGMs and working to build and maintain strong relationships with your clients and the leaseholders.
The company will invest in your training and development not only within the business but within the Block Management sector.
