This position is offering hybrid working – two days in their office in Essex, 2 from home and 1 day spent out on site visits. 
 
Your role as their new Property Manager will be to manage your own portfolio of leasehold developments. Your role will therefore include preparing and managing budgets, overseeing any repair works and coordinating contractors, liaising with owners and tenants, answering any day-to-day queries and generally ensuring the smooth, efficient and safe running of the developments within your portfolio.
 
Other duties include: 
 
  • Liaising/building relationships with Clients, this includes Freeholders/RMCs/RTMs/Developers.
  • Providing detailed ‘site updates’ to clients on a regular basis (this tends to be either monthly or quarterly, depending on the frequency outlined in the management agreement of each site & what the client has agreed).
  • Site visits tend to be quarterly, but some may be more frequent depending on what has been agreed with the client. PMs are expected to go out on site once a week.
  • Hold AGMs/directors meetings.
The portfolio is based in Cambridge, Oxford and London. 
 
You’ll be supported in your role by the Regional Manager as well as the diverse teams across the business, from health & safety to accounts, all aimed at equipping you with the knowledge and tools to manage the portfolio successfully.
