We’re looking for a Property Manager / Block Manager with great relationship building skills to join a leading National Block Management company.

Your role as their new Property Manager will be to manage a portfolio of leasehold developments. Your role will therefore include preparing and managing budgets, overseeing any repair works and coordinating contractors, liaising with owners and tenants, answering any day-to-day queries and generally ensuring the smooth, efficient and safe running of the developments within your portfolio.
You’ll be supported in your role by the Regional Manager as well as the diverse teams across the business, from health & safety to accounts, all aimed at equipping you with the knowledge and tools to manage the portfolio successfully.
