Our client is seeking a confident and capable Block Manager to take responsibility for the first phase of a portfolio moving over to be under their management. You will therefore be part of the onboarding and mobilisation phases, working to build a strong rapport with the new client and leaseholders whilst ensuring compliance and excellent service levels. You’ll then retain management of the onboarded units as the new Block Manager.
You will be the primary point of contact for leaseholders, residents, clients, and contractors – ensuring all management, maintenance, financial, and compliance tasks are completed to a high standard. Your focus will be on delivering a professional, responsive, and proactive service that aligns with industry best practice and the company’s commitment to quality.
Responsibilities you'll take lead on will include:
Handling day-to-day maintenance issues and contractor management
Overseeing and managing S20 projects
Conducting regular site inspections and ensuring compliance
Liaising with Leaseholders, Freeholders, and contractors
Ensuring adherence to relevant legislation and lease terms
Working closely with internal departments to deliver a high standard of service
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in residential block/estate management
Ideally ATPI status, but just a willingness to work towards this will be considered
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
