We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail oriented Personal Assistant to support the Head of Accounts. This is a key support role, ensuring the smooth day to day running of the Accounts function by managing administration, coordinating priorities, and acting as a trusted point of contact.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, confident handling sensitive information, and able to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities you'll take lead on will include:

  • Provide full PA support to the Head of Accounts

  • Manage a busy diary, scheduling meetings and prioritising appointments

  • Arrange internal and external meetings, including preparation of agendas and papers

  • Act as a first point of contact for the Accounts team and wider business

  • Maintain accurate filing systems (digital and/or paper)

  • Assist with internal processes, deadlines, and workflow coordination

  • Support the wider Accounts team with administrative tasks as required

  • Assist with document preparation for audits, reviews, or client meetings

  • Track key actions, deadlines, and follow-ups on behalf of the Head of Accounts

  • Liaise confidently with internal teams, senior management, and external stakeholders

  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

  • Take accurate meeting notes and ensure actions are followed up

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in a PA or similar support role

  • Strong organisational and time management skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask

  • Confident user of Microsoft Office and IT

  • Experience working in a fast-paced or professional services environment
