We’re working with this team to recruit a Property Manager in Dorset, although you’ll have the option to work from home too. They trust their colleagues and recognise you don’t have to sit at a desk in an office to be a great worker! You’ll be able to manage your own diary and have autonomy over your portfolio and workload. Each week is yours to plan.

You’ll manage your own assigned leasehold portfolio covering Dorset and Hampshire. The portfolio is comprised of mainly estates and you’ll be supported by your own dedicated Assistant Property Manager.

Responsibilities you'll take lead on will include:

  • Preparing and managing service charge budgets

  • Handling day-to-day maintenance issues and contractor management

  • Conducting regular site inspections and ensuring compliance

  • Attending AGMs and residents’ meetings

  • Liaising with Leaseholders, RMC Directors and contractors

  • Ensuring adherence to relevant legislation and lease terms

  • Working closely with internal departments to deliver a high standard of service

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in residential block/estate management

  • Ideally ATPI status, but just a willingness to work towards this will be considered

  • Strong communication skills and a proactive approach

  • Confidence in setting budgets, chairing AGMs and managing Section 20 processes
