Your role will be to support a team of Property Managers, assisting with the management of their leasehold portfolios across Hampshire.
Duties will include but will not be limited to:
Provide administrative support to Property/Block Managers in the day-to-day management of residential developments
Draft and issue correspondence to leaseholders, contractors, and clients
Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems
Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring enquiries are dealt with promptly and professionally
Schedule and coordinate property inspections, meetings, and contractor visits.
Process invoices, purchase orders, and contractor documentation.
Liaise with contractors to obtain quotes and ensure compliance
Support the organisation of AGMs/EGMs, including issuing notices and distributing minutes
Provide general office support to ensure smooth daily operations
The ideal candidate will have:
Strong communication and organisational skills
The ability to work independently, whilst also being a strong team player
Ideally have experience in the property industry
