As they continue to grow, they are seeking a dedicated Systems Manager to help them get the very best out of their platforms, processes, and proptech solutions.

The Systems Manager will act as the business’s systems champion – ensuring their teams are making the most of Qube and other operational tools, identifying opportunities for optimisation, and driving continuous improvement. Working closely with the highly tech-oriented Managing Director, you will help shape the digital strategy of the business and ensure their systems evolve in line with their goals.

This role is ideal for someone who loves innovation, process, troubleshooting and enabling people to work smarter.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Advanced knowledge of Qube with proven experience as a super user.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Understanding of proptech landscape and experience implementing digital tools.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to train and support teams of varying technical ability.

• High attention to detail and a passion for efficiency.
