Our client, a well-established and respected Managing Agent, is seeking an experienced and confident Block Manager to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional to manage a varied portfolio of residential and mixed-use developments. 

Your role as their new Block Manager, will be to take on responsibility for the delivery of day to day property management services across an assigned portfolio spanning across Yorkshire. You'll act as a key point of contact for residents, clients and contractors, ensuring all operational, financial and legal responsibilities are met in line with best practice and company standards. 

Your role will include, but will not be limited to, taking ownership of: 

• Carrying out site inspections, actioning any findings as required

• Setting and managing Service Charge budgets

• Instructing contractors and overseeing works

• Management of the S20 consultation process

• Chairing AGMs, EGM and Directors' meetings

• Ensuring compliance with all Health & Safety and Fire Safety regulations 

• Ensuring the correct insurance is in place and handling any claims
