​Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team while applying your expertise in Block Management to support the performance of the region. Our client is looking for a Regional Manager who can combine strong technical knowledge with a passion for mentoring and supporting a team of Block Managers.

In this role, you’ll oversee the performance of the regional portfolio, ensuring service delivery is efficient, compliant, and consistently aligned with company standards. Working closely with Directors, you’ll help implement best practice, optimise resources, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.

A central aspect of the position is nurturing your team’s growth — providing guidance, coaching, and leadership to ensure Block Managers have the tools and confidence to succeed. From tackling complex management challenges to supporting career development, you’ll be instrumental in building a collaborative and motivated culture.

In this role, you'll own the following responsibilities:

  • Oversee the management of a regional portfolio.

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of Block Managers, ensuring high standards of performance and service delivery.

  • Provide guidance on complex management issues, major works, and leasehold legislation.

  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company requirements across all developments.

  • Work closely with Directors to implement best practice, improve processes, and drive efficiency.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a senior point of contact for escalations.

  • Support the professional development and progression of junior and mid-level staff.

  • Monitor portfolio performance, budgets, and service charge accounts to ensure accuracy and transparency.

  • Contribute to business growth through client retention, reputation management, and service excellence.

  • Foster a collaborative, supportive, and high-performing team culture.
