Here, your voice matters. You’ll work directly with the owners, have genuine influence over processes, and play a key role in mentoring and supporting the team as the company continues to grow.
This is a role for someone who enjoys the challenge of autonomy, thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants to see their work make a tangible impact - not just on the buildings they manage, but on the business itself.
Responsibilities you'll take lead on will include:
Preparing and managing service charge budgets
Handling day-to-day maintenance issues and contractor management
Conducting regular site inspections and ensuring compliance
Attending AGMs and residents’ meetings
Liaising with Leaseholders, Freeholders, RMC Directors and contractors
Ensuring adherence to relevant legislation and lease terms
Working closely with internal departments to deliver a high standard of service
Working with the Directors on process, strategy and operational management
Supporting, training and mentoring junior team members
An involvement in the new business and site onboarding process
The ideal candidate will have:
Experience in residential block/estate management
Ideally ATPI status, but just a willingness to work towards this will be considered
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
Confidence in setting budgets, chairing AGMs and managing Section 20 processes
